Send us the changes you'd like by email, or use the backoffice if your plan includes it. We'll apply updates promptly.
I lost access to my email — can you help?
Yes. Email us from an alternative address with your name, company, and the affected email account. We'll restore access as quickly as possible.
I want to add or remove a service from my plan.
Just email us and let us know. We'll update your plan and send a revised invoice.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Send a cancellation request to contact@zapia.fr. We'll confirm the end date and ensure a clean handover of your domain, files, and data.
